100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown on the North-facing slopes of the Watson Ranch family estate in North San Diego County, this wine has notes of cherry & chocolate, undertones of spice & vanilla, and supple yet ageable tannins. Harvested in early September of 2018, this first-ever vintage from the Watson Ranch was aged in French Oak for 2 years and in the bottle for 1 year before its Winter 2021 release. Extremely limited quantities are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Maximum 6 bottles per customer.
Shipments will be sent out within two weeks, adult signature required when delivered. Please note that due to legal restrictions this wine is only available for purchase to customers in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Idaho, Oregon & Washington.
