Their proprietary white wine is a classic Bordeaux inspired blend. The wine is barrel fermented and aged in neutral French oak for three months prior to bottling.
Wine Varietal 20% Sauvignon Blanc 80% Semillon
Tasting Notes Acidity and notes of lemon cream and melon to the blend, without any unripe flavors. The addition of Semillon and barrel fermentation in neutral French oak adds complexity and roundness to the finished wine. Alc 14.1%

Vintage Notes Not a drought year, 2017 offered abundant sunshine and warmth through the growing season. Yields were up over 2016 and about on par with 2014, with a greater focus on Semillon. Setting pick dates, we saw no complications.
Vineyard Several vineyards were used in the creation of this wine throughout Sonoma County
