Production Notes The Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre were brought in, fermented, pressed, and underwent malolactic fermentation in barrel individually. The Grenache aged in French Oak puncheons (50% new), the Syrah aged in French Oak barrels (100% new), and the Mourvèdre aged in European Oak barrels (2nd fill). In the spring of 2017, the wines were racked and blended to create the GSM blend and the wine was returned to French Oak puncheons (50% new) to age until bottling.
