I would love it if someone named a pet rock after me, but when you are the son of a winemaker you get a wine named after you. River Quinn is a special blend in honor of the next generation of Loring. It is not a specific AVA but is produced in the envious location of Santa Barbara County.
The Chardonnay is 100% barrel fermented and aged with barrels made from French and American Oak barrels, only 20% of those being new oak. Which means it is not a bold buttery Chardonnay but great balanced chardonnay that definitely stands out from the crowd.
Wine Varietal 100% Chardonnay
Tasting Notes Rich tastes of lemon and peach with aromas of lemon, butter, and flint.
Pairs Well With Grilled marinated shrimp skewers
How to Serve it Chilled
